Cilantro-Avocado Dressing

Here comes the healthy creamy cilantro-avocado dressing! A salad of romaine lettuce, black beans and grape tomatoes would be the perfect fit for this dressing. Enjoy this salad with pine nuts or crumbled tortilla chips on top!

Ingredients

1/2 avocado 1/4 clove garlic
3/4 c packed fresh cilantro 1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c nonfat plain yogurt 1/2 tsp sugar
2 chopped scallions

1/2  tsp salt

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend the mixture until it develops a smooth texture.
